New Client Consultation

Please schedule a 15-20 minute complimentary consultation with us prior to scheduling your first appointment in the salon.

ON TIME ARRIVAL

Out of respect for other clients, please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full and proper service. Late appointments may results in service adjustments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life events happen which may prompt an appointment cancellation or reschedule. We require 24 hours in advance for any schedule changes. After the first missed appointments we will require a 50% deposit for your next booking.
